As We feared, Chief Justice John Roberts clearly Demonstrated he is the leader of a dangerous Court!

As we feared Chief Justice John Roberts clearly demonstrated he is the conservative leader of a conservative-leaning court. We continue to be subjugated and it only gets worse.
I haven't heard this discussed of late and we have to stay on top of this too. I want to discuss recent rulings in the Supreme Court that are favoring the right and threatening to undermine years of gains for the people. Back when Bush ridiculously attempted to put his lap dog Meirs in there we were concerned Bush was stacking the Supreme Court to push his perverted agenda through for years to come.
There use to be a measure that once someone got on the Supreme Court they tend to vote the opposite as expected. I was hoping that would continue to be the case with Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Alito. It isn't appearing that way right now.
First I woke this morning to hear a nameless Senator say that never before in history have so many people disagreed with and been upset with the direction of the country. I am afraid we are all part of that group. Then they cut to the chief idiot who was saying everything is great including the immigration Bill and it must be passed.
Then I came in and turned on my computer to see the headline that Bush predicted another win, this time on the arm twisting of the immigration Bill. I say it so much I am sick of saying it as Bush just continues to get his arrogant underhanded way as he drags us into his new societal order.
Anyway with that in mind I was listening to recent developments in the Supreme Court thinking Bush is getting his way there too and it too will continue long after he is gone. Bush is a nightmare that keeps repeating, for us, the middle east, and the entire world. In Monday's Supreme Court rulings, Chief Justice John Roberts clearly demonstrated he is the conservative leader of a conservative-leaning court. In two of the court's high-profile cases, Roberts showed he will take an incremental approach to curbing some of the court's precedents.
In a case testing whether the 2002 campaign reform law could bar certain types of TV ads, Roberts supported the First Amendment right of a Wisconsin Right to Life group to air ads urging two senators to oppose the filibustering of judicial nominees.
That also means that an antiabortion group should have been allowed to air ads during the final two months before the 2004 elections. The law unreasonably limits speech and violates the group's First Amendment rights, the court said. The decision could lead to a bigger role for corporations, unions and other interest groups in the 2008 presidential and congressional elections.
That is a scary thought to me as I can see it being abused further to push these perverted right wing agenda's on us. This is very discomforting and can only get worse. The Supreme Court also ruled Monday that ordinary taxpayers cannot challenge a White House initiative that helps religious charities get a share of federal money. This is really troubling to me. We have to get Religion out of politics.

I am a to each his or her own find of person and I do not have a stance either way on the issue. I do not however appreciate being inundated by Religious right to life groups or perverted right wing agenda's. I do not like it at all! We are being further incapacitated. Where is the outrage?
