This Song

...makes me want to run (in a good way, not like, run away ;)). 

I LOVE it. Listen to it and tell me it doesn't want to make you go outside and kick some booty in your running shoes. 


(don't forget to pause the song on my playlist at the bottom of the screen if you are trying to listen to this...I don't want you to go batty :))

    I am going to have to come back.. darn it! my dog is sleeping... and he will bark if I play sound on my laptop... and then my hour will be over too soon! ha ha! =) yep... it is all about the dog naps now... not baby naps! ha ha!

    Wow... great song... =) I am so very music sheltered!! how have I never heard of her before? =) I could see myself using that as a workout song... only elliptical running is the only kinda of running this chick does! =)

    I listened to the song last week when I first read the post and I have to tell you, the song has not been out of my head since. One of my coworkers downloaded it, too, after I played it for her. Addictive! Thanks for introducing me to ADELE.
