For my card today, I decided to use the SUPER cute Betsy Booklover....isn't she just the CUTEST??!! Not only is she for today's peek, but she is also fro the Crazy 4 Challenges sketch challenge!

Here's a look at both set's being peeked today!

First is CARLY CUPCAKES! Who doesn't love cupcakes??  And baking with the kiddos? The set comes with the fabulous main image plus four coordinating sentiments!

Next up is BETSY BOOKLOVER!!! And again....who doesn't love READING!!  This is the perfect set for the bookish stamper or if you stamp FOR bookish peeps! The set comes with the main image plus five awesome coordinating sentiments!

C4C351-Totally Witchin'

Hey there party people, and welcome back to my poor, neglected blog. I'm a slacker, what can I say?

I'm actually not, I've been crazy busy, but you'll have to wait until later to see some of the other awesomeness that I have created!

Today, I have a card for the new Crazy 4 Challenges challenge! I am ending my month as hostess with a Holiday challenge. I left it am leaving it up to all of you to decide which holiday you want your card to be for, just make some sort of holiday card!

For my card today, I paired the super cute new Totally Witchin' set from Kraftin' Kimmie stamps with some yummy Doodlebug Halloween paper. Now, normally on Saturday I play along with the Kraftin' Kimmie challenge....but someone let Melanie be in charge, and they went with a vintage, shabby, chic theme or something....I can not. Can't.

Crazy 4 Magic Sketches

Hey there party people, and welcome to this week's Saturday challenge from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! This week's theme is MAGIC, so of course I had to use the new Make Your Own Magic set!

I also paired it with this week's Crazy 4 Challenges sketch challenge. I'm hosting the challenges this month, so I am super in love with this sketch!

For my card, I used the Make Your Own Magic set paired with some Echo Park paper. For my main image, I cut it out using MFT Die-namics. I used buttons from different makers(MFT and Recollections), gingham ruffled ribbon, brads, black twine, spiral clips, and some MFT Sno Cone grosgrain.

C4C-Back to School

This week's challenge at the Crazy 4 Challenges blog is a fun back to school challenge. With the kids headed back to school, the challenge was to make any card, scrapbook page, or item that had a back to school theme. I decided to make an altered notebook....yeah, I promise I wasn't sick when this happened.

I took a normal composition notebook and covered it with Martha Stewart paper. I used the MFT Apple Die-namics to make my apple, and a sentiment from the Happiness is Reading set  from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps set for my sentiment. I would have LOVED to have a notebook like this for my journal when I was in school. How about you??

My letters and numbers are thickers, and I used some May Arts Twill, and buttons from various manufacturers. 

Well, that is it for me for now...my craft area looks like a bomb dropped on it, and it isn't going to clean itself, apparently.

Crazy 4 Challenges- You Really Got This

It's my month to host the challenges at the Crazy 4 Challenges blog, and since today was opening ceremonies for the Summer Olympics, I decided to go with an Olympics theme! Basically, you can either use something sports related, or use the colors related to the Olympics. Me, I did both...and even pulled the rings in a bit!!

I decided to pair the super cute The Cat's Pajamas set You Got This with some fun paper from Carta Bella. My cardstock is from both MFT and SU. I paired it with all sorts of buttons, brads, twine, and red ruffled ribbon. My circles were cut with the Framed Up 2 CutUps.

Kraftin' Kimmie Saturday Challenge-Animals

Hey there Krafty Peeps, it's my turn to host our Saturday challenge at the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps blog!!! I have decided that with all the new, fun, and AMAZING animal stamps that have recently been released from all of our amazing artists, it's time again to talk to the ANIMALS!! 

For my card today, I used the super AMAZING set, A Furry Surprise. I just love this puppy and his big....bone. Yeah, that sounded wrong, but you see it...it's rather large. Anyway, back to the card....YAY PUPPY!!!

My card also uses this week's Crazy 4 Challenges challenge. It's a sketch, and I love a sketch, so, well...I had to play along!!

For my card, I used the new Butterfly Dreams set from Becky Pearce's fun line. For my die-cuts, I used the Open Scalloped Doily Duo and the Open scalloped border die-namics. My third, and final die is the Stitched Cloud CutUps from The Cat's Pajamas.

Saturday Challenges: Kraftin' Kimmie Style!

Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

This week's challenge has a "New Home" theme. This gave me the PERFECT opportunity to use the new " Happy New Home" from Cheryl! 

I paired the new stamp set with some Kaisercraft Botanica paper, which is 20% off right now, too!! My image was colored with Copics, and paired with cardstock from MFT in Grapesicle and Hot Fudge, and Certainly Celery from SU. My buttons are from MFT(Sweet Tooth, Hot Fudge, Grapesicle, and Spearmint), and I used some Hot Fudge grosgrain, purple ruffled ribbon, Michael's brads, spiral clips, and a Large Open Scalloped Border Die-namics from MFT. 

My card is also for this week's Crazy 4 Challenges challenge, to make a card using the color purple!

Kraftin' Kimmie March Release Hop and Shop!

Well Kraftin' Kimmie fans, we've made it to the end, and now all the new stamps are already in the Kraftin' Kimmie store, and available for purchase! We really appreciate all your support as you hopped along, and commented this week, and we really hope you were able to pick up some of you favorite sets from this release!

My card today uses the super cute new Fairy Loved. I paired it with the super cute new Doodlebug Under the Sea paper pad, and some cardstock and buttons from MFT. My ribbons are from and Etsy store and MFT.

I also used this week's sketch from the Crazy 4 Challenges, challenge, which I added a panel to, but the basic sketch is still there....what can I say, I'm a rebel. 

 I had a ton of fun with this month's release, and all my new paper pads from Doodlebug...so bright and cheerful.

I posted this card once before, but this card uses the You Are My Sunshine set, and the Spring Kard Kit, so I thought I would show it off again!

TCP309- Spring

 Hey there stampers, it's time for another challenge from The Cat's Pajamas!

This week's challenge is to make a spring themed card, so I pulled out some of my older stamps, and created a little something using the "Hear Me Roar" set!

My image from Hear Me Roar was colored with Copics, and paired with the Echo Park Spring paper pad. I used MFT Berrylicious and Bubblegum paper, and some Bazzill Banana Split. My buttons are from various places, including MFT, and I used some ruffled ribbon from May Arts. My border in the background was made using the Cloud Border CutUps from TCP!!

Here are all the need to know details about the challenge:

1. Every other Tuesday a new challenge will be posted on The Cat's Pajamas blog and our Facebook page.
2. If you want to play along you just upload your design to The Cat's Pajamas blog page using the InLinkz button by the Monday, 11:55 EST before the next challenge.
3. You are not required to use a Cat’s Pajamas stamp or die on your project but if you have them we would love to see them.
4. On the following TCP Tuesday, the winner will be chosen from the previous challenge and will receive a Cat Cash Voucher for $10 or $15 if a TCP product is used.

This week's challenge is to use the color purple, which I did a lot of. 

For my card, I used the new Buds & Blooms set that we just released from Kraftin' Kimmie. I used Grape Jelly and Grapesicle ink and cardstock from MFT, and used a little bit of Kraft...because my GAWD that was a lot of purple. I used a couple MFT Die-namics, and some fun embellishments to create my card. 

My card also uses this week's challenge at the Crazy 4 Challenges blog. It's the third Saturday of the month, so we have a sketch this week. Be sure to check out that challenge, and our blog, to play along!!

I used my Shell Me A Story set, and paired it with a couple of fun dies from MFT, some MFT ribbon, and some Michael's brads.

Thinking of Popcorn, Disney, and My Friends....

Hi everyone! Welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

This week's challenge is a Thinking of You challenge, and I automatically thought of one of my best friends, Ashley. Ashley just moved to California, and although I moved away from her first, she moved way farther, and to be honest....I'm a bit more than sad about it. She was my rock when I needed one, the place where I ran when I needed to be saved, and the voice of reason in my head when I was being an idiot. She also turned me into a comic book heroine, so I mean, really....she's amazing. 

So, Ashley and I have seen so many movies together, and most of them are Disney....ok, maybe not most, but yeah..maybe they are. What can we say, we LOVE DISNEY!!! When we released the new The Beast set(as well as Belle), I immediately thought of Ashley because that happens to be her favorite of all the princess movies....she's a Belle girl.  Now, Pippa Popcorn is now retired(sorry kids), but the sentiment that I used is from The Beast, which you can still get!!  I paired them with some Echo Park paper(circus themed, but look at that popcorn paper....it's perfect!), and cardstock from both MFT and SU. That cute clothespin I used was sent to me from my friend Anita....so sweet!

Summer Breeze, Makes Me Feel...Hot. It's Hot.

Hey stampers, friends, followers, and people who googled something completely random and wound up here on accident... welcome to another challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!
Today's challenge is a fun one, to make a card inspired by Summer, and since we always enjoy your creations, be sure to submit them so you can WIN a $10 gift card to the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps shop!!  You know you like free money, whooooo doesn't??  My card is also for this week's Crazy 4 Challenges challenge, to make a card that has sunshine, or a sun, or a lot of yellow, basically....something that makes you think of the sun...so, I put a sun. :) Honestly, I kinda have a love hate thing with summer....I love it because it isn't winter, but I don't because the heat and my MS don't see eye to eye. 

I used the new Itty Bitty Friends set from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, and paired it with the MME Here Is Happy paper pad. It hasn't left my desk, even though I swear I have cleaned....I just can't get enough of it!  I paired with MFT cardstock in Blu Raspberry and Razzleberry, and Bazzill Banana Split. My image was cut out using the Oval Stax Die-namics, and layered with the Decorative Doily Die-namics from MFT.  My sun was cut out using the Sunshine Die-namics from MFT, and I used Michael's brads, spiral clips, and some Blu Raspberry grosgrain to embellish with.

I decided to add some sparkle to my image, too, so I added some sparkle to my mermaid...isn't she sparkly??!! Oh, and those dots...their my bubbles....also know as Bella Baubles. I've been cleaning my stamp area and whoa, I have some stuff I didn't remember owning.....like those little glass bubble thingies of joy.

 So, let's take care of some business,  shall we??

Camping Crazy-Saturday Challenges

Hey friends, followers, fellow crafters, and other awesome people who accidentally stumble upon my bloggity blog....welcome to another challenge with Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! 

First things first, have you joined the Kraftin Kimmie's Krafty Friends fb group??  It's the best place to keep up with all of the goings on as well as sharing YOUR creations and getting inspired by other Krafty Friends' creations!!! I share my stuff, you share your stuff, you like my stuff, I like your stuff....it's a love fest, and let's face it....who doesn't need a little love?:)

And now, a card...

For my card today, not only did I make a card for today's challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie to use DISTRESSING, but I also made this card for the Crazy 4 Challenges challenge-to make a card inspired by summer vacation.  I used the super cute Happy Campers set from Kraftin' Kimmie, and paired it with the MME Adventure paper pad. My cardstock is Tangy Orange, Jellybean Green, and Kraft all from MFT. I used the Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics which is where the distressing came in....that and the idea of distressing something on a card distresses ME, so I was under distress while making this card.:)
I used buttons in my cardstock colors from MFT, and Tangy Orange grosgrain from MFT as well. The brads I used are from MFT, spiral clip from Creative Expressions, and hemp cord.

When I was a girl, one of my favorite things to do during the summer was go to summer camp with the girl scouts. I still love to camp out, but sadly my body can not handle the heat very well anymore. I do hope to be able to camp in the future though, so all hope is not lost!!


Oh, and guess what? The FRUGAL FRIDAY specials are UP, and Happy Camper is one of them!!!!!!  Happy shopping!  Speaking of shopping, have you heard Kimmie's working on another FABULOUS kit?!?   Be sure you've liked the Krafty Friends FB group and you'll be amongst the first to know when it's available!!  OH!  and have you seen all of the super cute buttons Kimmie's gotten in???  I'm tellin' ya, ya gotta go shop!! lol
