Toy : Hangman

Here area few Vincent price ads from yesteryear starting off with another great toy.
The classic hangman game had a new spin when it came out with Vincent Price on the cover - great retro toy. I remember getting a couple of these bacuse i kept loosing those little pieces the letters were on.

Vincent Price's cookbook - hmm wonder what type of recipes are in this one.. actually i hear he was a great cook but the thought of a V P rice menu is creepy when you think about it.

OK this one is just a movie ad but hell i had to include it for laughs!

Toy : Shrunken Heads

I was thinking about these recently and went on a search online to see if i couldnt find the original commercial(S) starring Vincent Price.. I couldn't find it but here is the Original Ad. Man I loved this stuped toy when i was a kid (but damn if it didnt usually turn out bad and you ended up with a room of rotting fruit within a week or two.. ah the good ol days.)
To tell the truth this memory was sparked when I was in the hospital recently when my son was born - ever notice most newborns faces look like those ol' shrunken heads?!

Meanwhile, the house's owner, bank president John Fleming, has recently embezzled one million dollars in securities, and has hidden the proceeds in the house, but he is killed before he can retrieve the money. Thus the lonely country house soon becomes the site of many mysterious and dangerous activities.

But who would have wanted to kill a girl with whom every man she met seemed to fall in love? To make matters worse, McPherson finds himself falling under her spell too. Then one night, halfway through his investigations, something seriously bizarre happens to make him re-think the whole case.
