I'm doing a little swap and the swapper asked for 'girly' quilt blocks. She wants to put together a quilt for her DD. So~ would you call these girly? I couldn't get any hints as to her DD's favorite colors, or anything. I pulled out Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks magazine Volume 5 and found these two blocks. The left one is called 'Mia Bella', by Judy Martin. The daisy is called 'Whoopsy Daisy' by Eileen Fowler and is paper pieced.
I love to try new blocks and doing just one for a swap is the perfect way! :-)
I hope you are having a good week~
Happy Quilting!

These are both sweet and very girlie!
the daisy is very girly. love it
yes I think they would go in a girly quilt just great!
definitely! love those blocks.
Those are girly to me!!! Very nice.
I'd say they qualify as girly, especially the flower block on the right. I've never seen it before but I know my niece would love it and I imagine any 'girly' girl would as well.
YES! whats more girlie than a daisy, my fav flower:)
very nice blocks,well done Sandie.xx
Yes very girly! My 10yo daughter would love them, if that's any help? I'm sure the recipient will love them.
