Cinchy and I decided we were really neglecting our blogs so we are going to post once or twice a week regardless if we have anything interesting to say..maybe a fun quote, something new we learned, whatever.
Today we went to Centralia, about 25 mi to the southeast of here and went to the outlets..My cousin donna and her s.o. Larry went with us. Donna and I went into dress Barn and I got in big trouble there..I need some clothes, nothing fits anymore, thats another blog! Anyway, it was fun to go with her, she always helps me find the right thing and sees things in a way I just don't. Then after we went to the Bass store, the Eddie Bauer store, the kitchen store. Carl bought a square cast iron pan, like for pancakes or french toast or grilled cheese. I told him now he needs to cook.
We went to dinner at a new place to us, Country Cousin. Wow, that was good. There was a fireplace going inside, the inside was all woodsy and country..I had a roast beef sandwich with onions and horseradish and cheese on toasted sourdough. Ate half of it then tomorrow will polish off the rest.
Well, weather guy is predicting rain and maybe snow tomorrow. I thought it was spring, at least that's what the calendar says. I will be glad when it warms up a little more and we can do some planting..the front of our mobile home needs some colorful plants, like hydrangeas, day lilies or lily of the nile and maybe some smaller bedding plants..I would love to plant some tomatoes in our little back yard too...things grow well here, berries grow wild all over too..and apples...
