I received really bad news that zippyshare is closing at the end of the month. As you know, zippyshare is file hosting site that i'm using more than 10 years for uploading files for my blog. More than 1000 links that are still active, will be lost forever.
If you didn't downloaded any record, now is time, you have 10 days left to do that. After that, it will be impossible.
Is this the end of my blog ???
At the moment i'm thinking what options i have for the future of the blog.
First, after all links will be deleted, i will have to close this site. After 15 years of working and posting music on this blog, it's too late for me to start again, re-uploading dead links and posting new ones. I'm one of the oldest bloggers that are still active and one day i have to close blog. Zippyshare shutting down is very good reason to do it.
I've never imagined that i will be running this blog for 15 and a half years !!! And I'm sure most of you are already tired of my posts and waiting blog to be closed :)
Second option is to continue on alternative file host sites, i've checked few, but i'm not very satisfied. Most of them are limited to 10 GB, which is too little, you have to pay every month if you want more space. One of the reasons i loved so much zippyshare was because it was free, unlimited and very fast.
In the next few days i will check other file host sites and see if anythings good to use.
