The Lab was indie dance band formed by Australian DJ and producer Paul Mac, together with Warwick Hornby & Yolanda Podolski. He was involved in many other bands in the 90's, made success with techno/trance project Itch-E & Scratch-E.
''Ultra EP'' is great single, ''A Thousand Miles'' is one of best tracks i've heard from Australian band.

Obscure early 90's compilation with Australian indie, shoegaze, alternative, synthpop & industrial bands. Some of the bands i've posted earlier on this blog, most of them are new to me.
Exclusive and available only on this compilation album, great early tracks from The Rainyard, The Mandelbrot Set and Underground Lovers, this are my favourites here, rest of bands are not bad, too.

''A Thousand Miles'', one of my favourite tracks at the moment is available on this single, track influenced by baggy & indie dance sound from that period.
