Please.

Please re-up the CD-5 of 27 Forever if you could. Also if you have any ACR from Good Together era (Good Together album, Your Blue Eyes, the Big E) that would rock as well. Thanks for a great blog that always keeps me coming back. It's like a refresher course in Indie-Balearic!

Did you do away with the thing on the right side of the page with all the bands, or is it just me? If you did, there's no way to find a specific band anymore... maybe you could make a search bar? Thanks!

Hello Ricky, thanks for the great job you are doing with this blog. Amazing!
I'm desperately looking for the "Early Version" of Spiritualized's "Lay back in the sun" from the 1994 Dedicated records sampler.
Is there any chance of getting it?

ricky said...

Stefan, thanks for your support !

All these years i never seen copy of this Dedicated sampler. Are you sure it's early version of "Lay Back In The Sun" ?

Hey Ricky, I produce and host a radio show in Mexico called Blue Monday, it is basically british alternative music form the 80's and the 90's, many baggy, shoegaze, madchester, noise pop, etc. The program owes much to this blog. If you want to check it out just visit the website http://conceptoradial.com/ and click on the orange rectangle that says "radio en vivo". We go live every monday from 1-2 pm Mexico city time (UMT-6) which I think is 7-8pm on London time. It would be a pleasure for us if you could listen to the show. Thank you for the blog.

ricky said...

papapablodiaz, if i'm at home i will definitely check your show this monday (26-01-2015), i'm very interested to hear what tracks you are playing. I'm very pleased that there is radio show dedicated to british indie music from early 90's period, especially in Mexico.
Also, i'm very happy that music i'm posting on the blog is played on your show.

Would you happen to have Performance – Saturday Night & Sunday Morning?

Nottingham band Performance - single Saturday Night and Sunday morning.
Released in 1995 by Sorted Records. The band featured Julian Cope sidekick Doggen on guitar. The other guitarist and drummer later joined Spiritualized. They were managed by Paul Gallagher.

I can't find this anywhere & was hoping you might have it - you seem to find or have everything!

Anonymous said...

Do you have the albums One Million Smiles by Inaura or Bite It by Whiteout?

Anonymous said...

Hi Ricky, I dont suppose you would have anything by the brilliant Irish 80's band, The Stars Of Heaven. They were a brilliant band and I would love it if you do.

Many thanks

I am just now noticing the Feedback page; I hope it still works!

I inquired the other day (in the wrong place) whether you might post new Stare links, since the extant ones are dead. I'd also love a repost of what goes on e.p. by lovekittens if at all possible. I realize I'm a newbie, though, and I don't know whether just anyone is allowed to make requests. Thanks either way!

ricky said...

Hi Todd,

This weekend i will try to find Stare records in my old mp3 collection and reupload again, anything i can find.
Also Lovekittens single, really great record.

Thanks for following my blog, i'm sure you will find more interesting records for you.

Thanks so much! Almost everything here has been new to me.

Hi. Looking for a Blackpool band called Vee VV from 1980-1986. 1 album and 6-7 singles.

thanks
Robert

Psyche said...

Hello Ricky,
First, I'd like to express my gratitude - your blog is like a fine gem on the web, giving us a chance to find really good music of the 90s..Thanks! thanks! Now I guess I have something new - many years ago I recorded on a broadcasting radio (I really do not remember where? ) a pretty hard-to-find song in the early 90s (1992 perhaps...), well, actually the fact is... I never got any information about this one...title, artist, nothing...now I decided to send you this in a very poor quality sample: https://www35.zippyshare.com/v/hTryuh7Q/file for your listening. I'm really waiting for your answer ..good news or even the bad ones.... and if it is possible to post on 'Madchester Rave On' the real single or even the album where it was previously released.
Eiđri.

ricky said...

Robert,

I've never heard about Vee VV band, but i can found some records.
Contact me at my email.

These three have missing (Zippyshare) links. Thank you Ricky, for all your work!

Paul, thanks for all your comments in the last two days and for supporting my blog :)

I'll try to find all Fishmonkeyman records and reupload for you, in the next few days.
One of the most underrated bands from early 90's period, they should be much much bigger and famous. Two great albums released and few fantastic singles. Before 10 or more years, i received email from their vocalist Paul and he was very kind to send me copies of two albums.

Anonymous said...

Hey Ricky,
Wondering if you might have the "Serious Road Trip" album.

https://www.discogs.com/release/140905-Various-The-Serious-Road-Trip-A-Serious-Dance-Experience

A bit more likely to appear in your other blog being a electronic release. I have had a copy for years and have just now noticed I have a giant scratch on the disc that renders CD1 first 3 tracks unplayable.

Thank you for all you do running your blogs. Have discovered and filled in MANY things because of you - 3AM Eternal Thanks!

Todd said...

I forgot about this thread and posted to another last week instead. Would it be possible to reup "Get To That" by Mad Jacks, please?

ricky said...

Hi there, yes i have "Serious Road Trip" compilation, i will upload on my other blog Higher Than The Sun.
