Forsete - Demo (2012)
Genre: Crust/D-Beat/Black Metal
Country: Denmark
I found this little demo fucking around on the internet this morning. Usually when someone posts their solo project on soundcloud it's like shitty VST distortion guitars and Fruityloops drum tracks, but this is none of the above. The genre tags pretty much describe exactly what it sounds like, d-beat focused crust with a bit of black metal mixed in there for good measure. The kicker here is that it's actually really fucking awesome. I was especially surprised at how good the production was, you know considering the track record of Soundcloud solo projects. You can listen to it and download it from the soundcloud page.

Bastard Priest - Ghouls of the Endless Night (2011)
Country: Sweden
Bastard Priest's new full length after their 2010 release, Under the Hammer of Destruction. For those of you unfamiliar with the band, they play a style of dirty old school death metal infused with a solid helping of crusty goodness (Similar to Tribulation, Repugnant, Miasmal, etc). This album is no exception and the riffs ooze with a vibe as if these guys were playing back in the late 80's and early 90's when the underground was filled with shit that would cock smack your face if you dared to approach.

Iskra - Iskra (2004)
Genre: Crust/Black Metal
Country: Canada
A really violent album from these Canadians, spanning 13 tracks of non-stop aggression that fuses crust punk and black metal very nicely. Even though you have to read the lyrics to decipher what's being said, I respect and appreciate their message, which adds a lot to the aura of this record.
