I've seen comments on various websites also listing this as a 1978 Camaro Z-28. The color appears to be 7133 grey (same color as my '78 Type LT). Does anyone have any more info on the year of this Camaro?? |

Wouldn't it be better to have a picture of the undamaged Camaro as the main picture and this as the thumbnail? All these pictures are good though. |

There were atleast 3 Camaros used the main one had leather seats, the one they crashed had cloth seats, and the wrecked one had FAR more damage then the one that was crashed |

Definitely a 79, the 78 didn't have the front spoiler, the turbo wheels or those graphics. |

I've watched this movie many times because of this car. I bought one just like it color and all in 79 and still have it. The wrecked car has hurst t-tops with the wide bar between panels,these were installed 0n 77 and I believe78 camaros but definitely not 79. The car driven by the football player has the correct Fisher tops like mine that have a narrow bar between the glass panels.......(still wonder what happened to the black on the hood scoop or the center wheel caps) |
