You Look Like Crap

... not the food - me!!!
I stood in line to recycle bottles when on a "a-hem" I turned around and that was followed by a slightly worried "you look like crap".

It was my neighbour A, the one who lives above those worst neighbours ever (us underneath).

The morning before we "saw" each other shortly on the ways to our cars, I shouted a good morning and he said I looked like I´d cried (I didn´t).

He knows Ingo is sick again. He offered I can come up for a cuppa anytime but accepted when I said I´d just break down and cry and explaining I nearly already did, too.

I cannot stand direct pity, it seems.

We ended up doing groceries together, pack it away and when I came out he´d just taken place on the steps.

We went through the shops to find a tool Ingo can use when he´s too weak to call.
Such a different experience!
A goes slow, takes his time, is in no hurry and enjoys the moment.

Off to the Street Food Market Braunschweig we were (again).

We´ve been Friday, too - but not together.
He said he turned around immediately, too many people for one.
I tried to get something down:

It was not nice.
I was obviously by myself and felt kinda lonely and it took forever.

Really great food, yummy burrito!
I didn´t eat it all, yet my stomach hurt!

Yesterday we could try two things because we shared :-)

Warning - next one might make you drool on your device!

Culinary heaven!
My stomach hurt again ;-)

Double half, huh?

Yes. 5,2%!!!
Kicked in immediately!

It was good to be out for a couple of hours, despite I worried about Ingo a lot.

Shoot. I look(ed) like crap, it shows, the "constant" worrying?!

Shoot. Why he keeps failing to find a girlfriend is beyond my understanding. Maybe he´s too nice?

We´ll visit the next food-festival in June together also - more fun , more different food :-)
Really why don´t they offer little portions anyways?
There was Dim Sum with truffle - but I could´t get anything down anymore...

Big thanks also to those asking and caring via FB, e-mail and blog, thank you, you "Willows", you help me more than you might know (or maybe you do, too)!

It's good to have someone to talk to Iris, poor Ingo, is he mostly in bed these days?

Yes, Grace, on the sofa. Now again door closed, I have no idea what is going on.
If he can go to work tomorrow I have no idea. It´s like he is mad at me.

Oh Iris, I feel for you. Just take it easy, I'm sure he's not mad at you, just suffering and maybe doesn't know how to share his suffering with you.

I like the look of that pulled pork sandwich (I would eat it without the bread though). Pulled pork seems to be so in fashion now...

Thank you, Sami. I have no idea how to get along with him...
Yes, I´d prefered the meat without the bread also - and the sauce was a bit too much, also.
Still so yummy :-)
