Peripheral Vision From YUM

I used oil and metallic soft pastels, crayon and fineliner.
And for the dinner-part:

The reason I went to the market on Saturday!
Usually we buy it tinned and cook it for a long time, together with meat, have it with potatoes.
I did different, wash well, then:

Froze two portions - let´s see how that goes, the too small leaves I turned into a salad...

...but the main goal was:

YUM!!!! Simply put your airfryer on 180C, "which is 400 Fahrenheit", after 7-8 minutes give it a shake and whack it in for another 3-4 minutes.

I used sesame oil, hot paprika and salt.

They are crunchy, not fatty at all, they taste soooo good!
Bonus: Our airfryer is small - I cannot "overdo" it.
Bonus#2: Only available in winter.

I truly hate winter, but Brussels Sprouts, Kale and Gurri (winter coat) and Monkey-bonnet make it "good". Just Monday I was told, "Cute bonnet!!"

The series

"Not just cars: these things were invented in Germany

 Bepanthen

The cream was introduced in Germany by Bayer in 1950 and is still one of the leading brands when it comes to wound healing and care. Today, Bepanthen is very popular in the tattoo scene."

I haven't seen Bepanthen for a long time. Eat as much kale as you want, then you can have my share too. I hate it. Don't like spinach either, both taste like dirt to me.

If I need such a cream I buy the cheaper product...
Oh, I happily eat your share :-) Kale has to get frost to be tasty, at least the German one...

I've never been able to get into kale, try as I may! That's definitely a new product on me.

You´ll either love or hate it, I guess. If it´s like ours (Northern Germany) it has to have gotten frost before it´s good.

I know many do not enjoy Kale but it is a very nutritious vegetable and I enjoy both Kale and spinach.

All the best Jan

Kale is not for me.

I don't think Bepanthen made it to the states. At least I don't recall seeing it or hearing of it. I'm not a big kale fan, but I know it's a wonderful health food.

I love Kale ... what kind of dressing did you use on your salad? And, I always thought of Bayer as an American Company ... Good on you:)
