Jurassica.net had its humble beginnings in 2005, fueled by the Jurassic Park craze. Many dinosaur games were created during that time, but they failed to deliver, leaving only a handful of die-hard fans. Jurassica was established to fill the vacuum by providing information and reviews tailored to the dinosaur fan community.

While there were only a handful of dinosaur-related games produced, some of them didn’t do justice to these ancient creatures. But, fear not! There were still some great games out there that kept the dino flame burning. One of these fan favorites was Trespasser. However, at the time, the only really popular game was a PC hunting game called Carnivores. Even the big studios, such as Dreamworks, struggled to produce a decent dinosaur game.

But that didn’t stop us fans from clamoring for more! Unfortunately, there was a lack of good quality new dinosaur games in the early 2000s. But, we die-hard fans stuck together and kept the love for these prehistoric creatures alive. While there weren’t many commercial websites covering these types of games, there were still a few dedicated fan sites with reviews, images, and cheats such as this one!
