Kynttilän lämpöä / warmth from the candles

Täytyy sanoa, että vanhoissa taloissa minä rakastan ylitse kaiken isoja, syviä ikkunalautoja. Alla olevat kuvat ovat joulunalta vanhasta asunnostamme, jossa oli vielä tavallista syvemmät ikkunalaudat, johtuen mahdollisuudesta kolmikerroksiseen ikkunaan. Tuo on kyllä ehdottomasti se yksi asia, mitä jäin kaipaamaan vanhasta asunnostamme...

I have to say that there is one really good thing in old apartments: the deep window benches. Pictures below are taken from our old apartment, which had even more deeper window benches then this apartment where we live now. Its becouse there was an opportunity to put 3 different glasses in the window, but douple was enough for us. That is the one thing I really miss from that flat..
