¿POR QUÉ UN HOME NUN YE UNA BERZA?

This is a special project for many reasons. Juan wrote us to surprise his brother, he wanted to convert into a book an original story by this brother. From the beginning we loved the idea and we tried to find the most professional publishing results. The text is full of creativity. We devised a cover illustration that reflected the spirit of the story, we chose the fonts for the text inside and for the front and back covers. The book was printed on a professional paper with a soft cover. The result was so excellent that finally the book is registered with ISBN and in the future will be on sale. We will notify you because you cannot miss the opportunity to enjoy this hilarious and creative story of the author by surprise: José Moises Fernandez Carnicer.

Este es un proyecto especial por muchos motivos. Juan nos escribió para hacer un regalo a su hermano, transformar en libro un extenso y original relato que este había escrito. Desde el principio nos encantó la idea y nos volcamos en que tuviera el resultado editorial más profesional. El texto es de una creatividad máxima y solo con el título podéis imaginar el tono. Ideamos una ilustración de cubierta que reflejara el espíritu del cuento, elegimos las tipografías de interior, portada y contraportada y la obra se imprimió en papel de gramaje adecuado con cubierta doblada y de suave textura. El resultado fue tan óptimo que finalmente el libro está registrado con ISBN y en un futuro estará a la venta. Os avisaremos para que no os perdáis la oportunidad de disfrutar de esta hilarante y creativa historia de su autor por sorpresa: José Moisés Fernández Carnicer.

Once upon a time

Grossomodo met Chantal who met Tipos Infames and met Duermevela thanks to Grossomodo.

One day Chantal says to Duermevela to meet Tipos Infames and Duermevela wakes up and falls in love with the place.

"It must be here".

So Tipos Infames was full of the friends of Duermevela and David presented his new novel in MAdrid.

This happened some days ago, but these are the pictures and the good souvenirs stay here, with our thanks to all of you.

Grossomodo conoció a Chantal que conoce a Tipos Infames y conoció a Duermevela por Grossomodo.

Un día Chantal le dice a Duermevela que conozcan Tipos Infames y Duermevela despierta y se enamora del lugar.

"Aquí debe ocurrir todo."

Y así ocurrió todo, así Tipos Infames se llenó de amigos de Duermevela y David presentó su novela en Madrid.

Han pasado días, pero estas son las imágenes, y el recuerdo y siguen aquí las gracias a todos y a todas.

This was a really exciting weekend.
David was interviewed at the radio and the newspaper,
and at night he presented "Barriga", his new novel. Many people and friends that made a wonderful meeting.

Este ha sido un gran fin de semana. David fue entrevistado en la radio y en el periódico,
y por la noche presentó "Barriga", su nueva novela, junto a Luis Sepúlveda, padrino de excepción.
Mucha gente y amigos que hicieron que fuera una tarde de encuentros.

A few years ago I was included in the magazine Lürzer's ARCHIVE. The issue is about The 200 best illustrators worldwide 05/06.
I worked on the project feautured like art director with the talented Eider Suso. I have not ever seen this issue, but yesterday it arrived to the mailbox, and it was a surprise. David bought it.
As you know, ARCHIVE is a really interesting publishing, but I find this issue specially interesting because it is full of inspiration and really great illustrators.

Hace unos años fui incluida en la revista Lüzer's ARCHIVE. El ejemplar en concreto trata sobre Los 200 mejores ilustradores en el mundo 05/06.
Trabajé en el trabajo mencionado como directora de arte junto a la talentosa Eider Suso. No había visto ese número nunca, pero ayer llegó al buzón y fue una gran sorpresa. David lo compró.
Y bueno, sabéis lo interesante que es esta publicación, pero he encontrado este número especialmente interesante porque está lleno de inspiración y de grandísimos ilustradores.
