One page websites that convert! · $499

Message us this morning. Your website is live this afternoon.

One page. Built by an actual person. On the internet before dinner. No logins, no dashboard, no password to forget. When you want something changed, you text us, and we change it. That’s the whole product. 👋

Real humans, and we usually reply in under ten minutes. You’re reading one of these pages right now, by the way. This is the whole website.

If your business is real and local, one page is genuinely all you need.

💸

You were quoted $8,000 and ten weeks.

We’ve seen the PDF. Discovery phase. Stakeholder workshop. Wireframes. A staging link in six weeks that you’re not allowed to show anybody.

Meanwhile you went back to work, and the Facebook page kept doing the job of a website. You needed this sorted in March.

So here’s ours, itemised, so you can see exactly what you’re buying. 👇

📋

What $499 buys. Every line.

No packages. No tiers. No “starting at”. This is the list.

Total $499

Once. Not per month.

🙅

What it isn’t. Also every line.

We’d rather you know now than be annoyed on Thursday. Nobody itemises their own limitations, which is exactly why we’re going to.

Not included 10 things

A logo: we’ll use yours if you have one, or set your name in type that looks sharp, for free. If you want a proper logo later, we know people. A blog or a shop: we can build one later, and we’ll tell you the number before we start.

⏱️

“Live today” means today.

Here’s a real Tuesday.

  1. You message us. We ask nine questions.

  2. You send your hours and some photos. A voice memo is fine.

  3. We send you one invoice. $499, the whole number, nothing added later.

  4. You pay, and we crack on with it.

  5. We send a link. It’s your actual page, on the actual internet.

  6. You reply: “make the phone number bigger and I hate that photo.”

  7. Fixed.

  8. Your domain points at it. It’s live.

  9. Somebody three streets over types “emergency plumber near me.”

Message us before 11am on a weekday and it’s live the same business day. If you write at 4:30pm on a Friday we’ll be honest and say Monday. We don’t promise things we can’t finish by five. 🕔

One invoice, up front, and the number never moves. $499 is the whole thing. No deposit followed by a balance you didn’t expect, no retainer, no hourly creep, no “that’s out of scope” on Thursday. And if we don’t think we can have you live the same day, we tell you that before you pay, not after.

💬

To change something, you text us. That’s the interface.

No CMS. No admin panel. No “just drag the block into the section”. No two-factor code sent to a phone you replaced two years ago.

New price? Send a photo of the new price list. Closing early Wednesday? Send five words. Bought a new truck and want it on there? Send the picture of the truck.

We do it. We reply when it’s done. That’s the entire interface.

0 Things for you to log into

Most small business websites don’t die of bad design.
They die of a forgotten password. 💀

📍

The little map box on Google matters more than the website.

Type “plumber near me” into your phone right now. See that map with three businesses pinned on it? That box gets the calls. The blue links underneath it get the leftovers, and nobody in the history of burst pipes has scrolled to page two.

plumber near me
Your business ⭐️ 4.9 · Call · Directions

To put you in that box, Google has to believe you’re real. It checks whether your name, address, phone number and hours say the same thing in more than one place. A Facebook page on its own doesn’t convince it. A website saying exactly the same thing does.

So we set up your Google Business Profile, wire it to your new page, and make the two say identical things. Same name. Same phone. Same hours. Every time.

Already have a profile you can’t get into because your nephew made it in 2017? Tell us. We’ve un-stuck a lot of those. 🔓

What we won’t do is promise you the number one spot. Anybody who does is guessing. What we can promise is that you’ll finally be set up properly, which is more than most of your competitors have bothered to do.

🤖

And when somebody asks ChatGPT instead of Google.

A lot of people have stopped searching. They just ask. “Who’s a good dog groomer in Riverdale?” “Find me a bookkeeper who works with trades.”

Who’s a good dog groomer in Riverdale?

A few options nearby: your business, open Tue–Sat, does nervous rescues and big dogs, walk-ins before 10am. Two others are listed but I can’t find their hours or what they specialise in.

Assistants answer out of text they can read. Not your Instagram grid. Not a photo of your price list. Not a Facebook post from 2021. Plain sentences, on a page, that say what you do, where you do it, and when you’re open.

Most small businesses have none of that written down anywhere on the internet. That is the entire opportunity, and it is wide open right now.

So we write your page for both audiences at once. A person skims it in nine seconds. A machine reads it in one and can repeat it back correctly. Boring on purpose. Readable by everything.

The honest part

We can’t promise ChatGPT will recommend you. Nobody can, and anybody who says otherwise is guessing at you. What we can promise is that you’ll be legible, which is more than almost anyone in your trade can say today.

Try it right now: go and ask ChatGPT about your closest competitor. See whether it has ever heard of them. 🪄

🧰

Then $19 a month, and it’s looked after.

Your first month is on us. After that, every page is on a plan, and $19 is the floor. That’s deliberate: it means there is no page of ours sitting out there that nobody is looking after, and nothing you have to renew, remember or administer yourself.

Next day, no drama $19 /month

Unlimited normal changes, done within one business day. Hosting, your SSL certificate and your domain renewal are all included and looked after. Cancel by text, no exit interview.

Same hour, seriously ⚡ 1 business hour $59 /month

Everything above, but changes are done within one business hour, 8am–6pm Monday to Friday. For shops whose prices, menus or hours actually move.

Most people take the $19 and never move off it. “Unlimited normal changes” means words, photos, hours, prices, adding a section. It does not mean “build me a shop”. Ask for something big and we’ll quote you a number before we touch anything. No contracts, and you can cancel by text in four words. 🙂

🫤

The part where we’d normally show testimonials.

[ testimonials go here eventually ]

We’re new. We don’t have two hundred five-star reviews and a wall of logos from companies you’ve heard of. We could have put some there. You’d never have known.

What we have instead is one price that never moves, a deadline we hold ourselves to, and a list of what we don’t do that’s as long as the list of what we do.

It’s $499 and about a day to find out. That’s a considerably smaller bet than the $8,000 quote sitting in your inbox.

🤨

Questions we actually get.

Every answer is right here on the page. Nothing is hidden behind a click, which is the same reason your page won’t hide anything either.

“Is it really only one page?”

Yes. One page, scrolling. Your phone number, what you do, where you work, your prices or your “call for a quote”, your hours, your photos, your reviews. That is a website. The other nine pages on an agency site are mostly there to justify the invoice.

“What if I need more later?”

Then we build more later, we tell you the number before we start, and you decide. Some people add a second page in year two. Plenty never do. Starting small isn’t a trap.

“Who owns it? What happens if I fire you?”

You own it. The domain is registered in your name, with your email on it, and we look after the renewals so you never have to think about it. If you leave, we hand over the domain and send you the whole page as files, and we’ll help you move it somewhere else. No hostage situation, and no “let me schedule a call to discuss that”.

“What’s the catch at $499?”

The catch is that it’s one page and you can’t edit it yourself. That’s the whole catch. It works because a one-page site takes us hours instead of weeks, and because some people come back in a few years wanting something bigger. We’re genuinely fine either way.

“I don’t have a logo. I don’t have photos. I don’t know what to write.”

Completely normal, and it’s most people. We ask you nine questions, use the photos already on your phone, and write the words for you. If a photo won’t work we’ll say so kindly and tell you exactly which three to go and take.

“I already have a domain and I can’t get into it.”

Extremely common. Send us whatever login you’ve been dreading and we’ll deal with it. If it’s truly lost we’ll tell you what it costs to recover it before we touch anything.

“Do I have to be on a monthly plan?”

Yes, and $19 a month is the floor. It isn’t an upsell, it’s what keeps the page online: hosting, your SSL certificate and your domain renewal, plus a human who answers when you text. We’d rather charge $19 and genuinely look after it than charge nothing and have your site quietly expire in year three, which is exactly how most cheap websites die. Your first month is on us, there’s no contract, and you can cancel by text.

“How do I pay?”

Up front, once, and that’s the end of it. After the nine questions we send a single invoice for the $499, and we start the moment it’s paid. Card, e-transfer, or a cheque like it’s 1997. There’s no deposit followed by a balance you didn’t expect, no retainer, no net-30, and no hourly creep. The $499 is the whole number.

“What if you disappear?”

Your page is plain, standard files on ordinary hosting. Any web developer on earth can pick it up in an afternoon. There is no proprietary builder, no locked platform, and nothing that only we can open.

“My nephew says I need SEO.”

Your nephew isn’t wrong, he’s just early. A fast page that plainly says what you do and where you do it, plus a Google Business Profile set up properly, is most of local search. That’s the part you’re buying. The rest is worth paying for later, once the phone is already ringing.

“I’m honestly not techy at all.”

Good. That’s exactly who this is built for. If you can send a text message, you can run this website forever.

“I hate texting.”

Then email us. Same speed, same human, same one business day.

👋

Alright. Two sentences and we’ll start.

Tell us what you do and what town you’re in. That is the entire intake form, and you have just read all of it.

Send it before 11am on a weekday and you’ll have a link by the afternoon.

No forms. No discovery call. No five-email nurture sequence. No chatbot named Ava. 👋

There’s no form on this page. You noticed, right? 😄
