DIVIDED HEAVEN Share Ukelele-assisted Cover of Cock Sparrer's "Because You're Young" with Mercy Union's Jared Hart (A-F Records)

DIVIDED HEAVEN & Jared Hart in Hoston, Texas 2019 (photographer unknown / SOURCE: Facebook) DIVIDED HEAVEN has teamed up with their old friend Jared Hart (Mercy Union, The Scandals) for an unconventional cover of "Because You're Young" by C*ck Sparrer . I'm sure most people would not associate ukulele with the highly-influential English Punk group, but Jeff & Jared have put their own twist on this cover that was produced by Tim van Doorn. BrooklynVegan recently unveiled Lenny's lead single, "It Got So Dark," describing it as "an anthemic, shambolic, Heartland Rock-infused Punk song." In support of his newest effort, Lashley will be supporting this release by staying on the road as much as possible under the current circumstances, including Mercy Union's record release show this past Friday, August 5th, at Crossroads in Garwood, NJ. "The album title came to me on a morning drive along the coast where I live," recalls singe...
