Tina's sequin dress reminds me of Erin Wasson's sequin "denim" jacket from NYFW.....it has that trompe l'oeil feel, this time with a pajama effect.  I think if you are going to wear (a lot of!) sequins during the day, do as Tina has and keep hair, make-up and accessories minimal.
