     Lady Elizabeth Katherine Grey was born on 13 October 1908.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Robert Grey, 5th Earl Grey and Lady Mabel Laura Georgiana Palmer.² She married Lt.-Col. Ronald Dawnay, son of Major Hon. Hugh Dawnay and Lady Susan de la Poer Beresford, on 26 July 1932.¹ She died on 25 February 1941 at age 32.¹
