A comprehensive accounting software for schools, featuring ledger entries, double entries, trial balances, balance sheets, income statements, staff bulk payroll, online fee payment and processing, school expenses records, and online school e-commerce.
This tool allows students to automatically compute their Grade Point Average (GPA) by considering their grades from previous levels and up to three additional years. For example, if a student is in their third year (300 level), the calculator will include grades from their first (100 level), second (200 level), and third years, as well as any courses they have carried over. It provides an accurate GPA in just seconds.
Course Teachers can easily set computer-based timed online exams and homework for students, automatically recording and awarding grades once the time has elapsed. Questions and answers are reshuffled for each student, and students can review their performance after each exam or homework.
School staff have the capability to create and manage online courses tailored for students. These courses provide a structured learning environment where students can engage with the material at their own pace. After completing a course, students can share their feedback and reviews, offering valuable insights into their learning experience and helping to enhance the quality of future offerings.

FoBrain AI School Manager has undergone numerous changes and enhancements over the past 16 years, evolving from Student Oracle, SDOSMS, and wizGrade to its current form as FoBrain AI. During my time as an undergraduate in 2010, I initiated this project as a Student Oracle in response to the manual methods of managing school tasks, such as calculating results and handling course registration, among others.
I have committed myself to this project from 2010 to 2026, investing all my energy, time, and resources to make it successful.
