Tribal Inspired Perler Beads Art

Cupcake Liner Crafts

You can make some fun animals using colorful cupcake liners this week. Rachel has made many animals, alphabets, party bunting and other cool things with cupcake liners. Kids can get creative and make their own shapes. The brand offers wood-carved toys, hand-knitted animal figures and handcrafted collectibles.

Kirikí Press: D.I.Y. Embroidered Doll Kit

Toronto based company Kirikí Press was started by Michelle Galletta in 2012 offering D.I.Y. embroidery kits, screen prints and other creatively designed products. The above shown embroidery kits come in seven fun design patterns to choose from including - horned owl, barn owl, fiesta cat, tabby cat, bunny, sloth and monkey.

The patterns come in a range of several skill levels allowing even the beginners to learn hand embroidery stitches at an easy pace. I find Ellen Giggenbach's work exquisite and have blogged about her work previously.

The kids can pick out a panel of their own choosing and color it in their favorite colors before using the finished product in a crafty project, to decorate a t-shirt or even to stitch it onto a cushion cover. Directions for Use:
