Well-known & widely popular Toyota Corolla signifies a lineup of sub-compacted cars as well as compact cars originally manufactured by The Toyota Company. The cars came into the picture in the year 1966, and the Corolla brand continued to manage all the traits in one complete simplified version. It became the best-saleable car worldwide by the year 1974.It has been one of the largest selling automotive across the world since that time. In the year 1997, the Corolla brand became most saleable nameplate post outdoing the VW Beetle. After crossing the milestone of 40 million cars getting sold surpassing nearly eleven generations in July 2013, Corollas remained unchallenged. This series of cars has been through several transformations. Why the name ‘Corolla’ was kept has its unique reasons for it, it is one of the names that has been derived from the traditional naming of Toyotas wherein the names are taken from the Toyota Crown for sedans. Corollas have been exclusively there in Japan at the Exclusive Brand Outlets. There is a twin to it, named as the Toyota Sprinter that continued until 2000.
