Tekom is a powerful Tecuum in the form of an Echo of Princess Zelda. Tekom masquerades as Zelda in order to obtain the Prime Energy, the Triforce, in order to feed it to Null and restore the world to a state of Emptiness. At the Eternal Forest, Tekom successfully tricks the Deku Tree into revealing the path to the Ancient Ruins where it lays its hands on the Prime Energy.
However, due to having an unbalanced heart, the Prime Energy splits and leaves Tekom with only one piece. The two remaining pieces enshrine themselves inside Link and Princess Zelda. Tekom leaves Zelda at the Ancient Ruins to retrieve the piece from a captive Link in the Stilled Ancient Ruins. However, Princess Zelda is able to intervene before Tekom can steal the Prime Energy from Link, forcing Tekom to battle. After Tekom loses to Zelda, she escapes into Null's Body to allow Null to absorb her portion of the Prime Energy directly.[1]
Characteristics
Tekom flies over the battlefield and summons dark Echoes of Monsters to fight Princess Zelda on its behalf.
