Added English script for international users for x-ui

We found a bug for VLESS Reality share link for x-ui, please don’t install / upgrade to new version

You can install old version (v0.3.2.6) by this command:
bash <(wget -qO- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sing-web/x-ui/main/install.sh) v0.3.2.6

Fixed

In order to take care of x-ui beginner users using VLESS / Trojan Reality protocol, the default dest domain has been set to Microsoft official website. You can change dest domain according to your actual needs

Cause GitHub Actions seems got a server problem, we can't release arm64 version for v0.3.3.0, I'll manually made this build and upload to release, thanks

Fixed

We’ll add hCaptcha for x-ui login page on next version, you can enable it or not. Defaults is disabled
