个人层面而言，执行力不足的真正原因是选择模糊。选择模糊是一种不确定性，而人类面对不确定性时会不自觉逃避
当我们没有清晰的指令或者目标时，就很容易选择享乐，放弃本该坚持但烧脑的选择
解决方式是把目标和过程具体化，在很多可能性中建立唯一通道，让自己处于没得选的状态
当然目标细化也是一个烧脑的过程，但幸运的是我们现在有AI可以辅助我们做计划。相当于理智脑的无限延伸。比如最近我每次吃饭前都会让AI给我一些建议，直接帮我规避了很多无形的有害身体健康但能提供短期味觉刺激的选择https://x.com/dontbesilent12/status/1997864835732976069?s=20
