Windows 11 正式版释出之后 AMD 就发出警告新操作系统会影响其 CPU 性能。本周微软释出了首个更新，而这一更新被发现会进一步劣化 AMD CPU 性能。Windows 11 补丁 KB5006674 被发现会导致 AMD CPU 的 L3 缓存延迟增加性能下降。微软和 AMD 发现了两个问题影响 Windows 11 下 AMD CPU 性能：其一是 L3 缓存延迟增至三倍，部分游戏性能下降最高 15%；其二是影响 AMD 的首选核心技术，转移线程到处理器的最快核心，影响 CPU 依赖任务的性能。对 Ryzen 7 2700X 的测试显示，最新补丁导致其 L3 缓存延迟从 17ns 增加到 31.9ns。
