核酸检测技术员王久杰介绍，PCR检测的实验结果，有一项指标是人源基因的内参，如果没采到人的样本，这个内参的数据就没有，也意味着采样的标本是不合格的。问题在于，这一内参基因的结果，只能监测样本的整体情况，而不能监测到每个人的采样质量，很可能存在由于采样原因造成的漏检。
他解释说，咽拭子是要在咽喉两侧的扁桃体各刮三下，｢我们都有标准的流程的｣，但「现在随便去街上找一个采样点，稍微懂点的可能是真的是在取，不懂的就在你舌头上面刮，刮两下你舌苔就算了｣。
｢单人单管采的时候，我能知道你采样时到底有没有采上，做出来这个实验结果合不合格。现在10混，比如10个人里面他有2个没采到，根本就无法知道｡」
王久杰说，他的实验室真遇到过10混1的管子，1个都没采到的情况，｢我检测不出来，就是复测都测不出来的那种，就是没采到，10个人都没采到｡」于是，实验室只能上报未检出，｢然后他们这10个人再重新采样｣。
张定梅也表示，｢采样对检测结果的影响也是非常大的｣。如果采样不到位，核酸检测这个「金标准」也就不存在了。

DALL·E mini 是我们不久之前介绍的项目，它可以在线调用 DALL·E 模型，根据叙述生成图片。Wordle 是今年年初风靡全球的在线字谜游戏，玩家需根据色块颜色提示，不断尝试输入单词，直到选出当日预设单词
✨ 相信老读者们已经体验过上述两个项目了，那么大家有没有想过，将它们结合起来，会产生什么样的喜剧效果。今天要介绍的 Wordalle 就令我开怀大笑
👀 和 Wordle 一样，Wordalle 也需要玩家猜出正确的单词，它们（2 个）全部来自 DALL·E mini 生成的九宫格图片。也即，玩家需要从图片中找到两个关键词
😛 从难度来讲，我认为 Wordalle 还是不高的。举个例子：我昨晚看到了巴哥犬和塔可的照片，只需要输入 Pug 和 Taco 即可。笑点在于 DALL·E mini 生成的各种奇怪的、扭曲的图片，大家可以试玩一下，慢慢感受
