Shipping policy

Summary: Both our San Diego and Chicago warehouses are opened Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The majority of shipments are sent out within 1-3 business day.

We ship most products within the US via FedEx Ground.

Canadian orders are also shipped via FedEx Ground (often a 2-4 day service) as USPS/Canadian Post did not perform well before or during COVID.

Other international shipments generally are shipped FedEx International (often a 4-day service).

Thank you for shopping with TABLEWAR®. We are committed to providing a reliable and timely shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy to understand how orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • Order Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Made-to-Order Products: Some items (e.g., custom-printed mats or terrain) may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be noted in the product description. Custom items are not a normal offering at TABLEWAR® unless a contract for large volume is signed.
  • Order Updates: You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard, expedited, and international shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others. As of July 1, 2025, our primary shipping carrier is FedEx with USPS used occasionally from limited locations.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
  • Free shipping promotions (when available) may apply to orders over a specified amount or within specific regions. Due to the size and weight of our products, Free Shipping is rarely offered except in special circumstances such as instances of warranty replacement orders.

3. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Expedited options (e.g., 2-day or overnight) may be available for an additional fee.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier-related issues
  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Peak seasonal demand
