By downloading, installing, or using the Tadabbur mobile application ("App") or accessing the Tadabbur website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Tadabbur is a language learning application designed to help users learn Quranic Arabic vocabulary through interactive flashcards, spaced repetition, and progress tracking. The Service may include both free and paid features.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App under Profile → Account Settings, or by contacting us at support@tadabbur.xyz. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account, learning progress, and associated data from our servers.

All content in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Tadabbur or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Quranic text itself is in the public domain.
You retain ownership of any learning progress, streaks, and account information you contribute through use of the Service. By using the Service, you grant Tadabbur a limited license to store, sync, and process this data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service is an educational tool and is not a substitute for formal religious instruction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tadabbur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
