and I make stuff sometimes.

Software

I started programming nearly a decade ago with JavaScript on the venerable Glitch. Since then, I started gravitating towards programming using languages that compile to machine code. Nowadays, I use Rust as my language of choice.

I've also used (in no particular order) C, C++, C#, TypeScript, Java, Kotlin, Lua, Python, and PHP.

My main interest is systems design of various kinds. I also dabble in some more specific fields too, such as security, parsers, and compilers.

These are the projects I've made:

Mustela

A small library for Rust that lets you render HTML with nicer asset handling.

It is solely made for my way of working with the Web.

With that said, this page is rendered using it, so it seems to be headed in the right direction!

FontPM

The Font Package Manager; a tool which lets you install fonts from the confines of your terminal.

At some point in the future I plan to release a better version so I can replace my dependencies on Fontsource.

Music

A more recent interest than that which computers has achieved in me is music — the structure and arrangement of sound. Playing the piano and composing has inspired a new kind of understanding for both why I like the music I do, and how I listen to it.

I am generally speaking classically oriented with a penchant for Ravel's music, although I find enjoyment in listening to any music generally from the 1940s and backwards.

Though my public activities in music are even rarer than my technological ones, there are still some:
