Incorrect Shipping Address

Mistakes happen, especially when it comes to entering your shipping address. If you realize that you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please follow these guidelines:
  • Immediate Notification: Notify us of the requested change as soon as possible.
  • Time Frame: We can only make changes to your shipping address within 1 hour of the order being placed.
  • After Shipment: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you notify us after the order has been shipped to the original address.
To ensure a smooth process, double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If you need to make a change, contact our customer service team immediately.
Cancellations are not guaranteed as our warehouse works quickly to fulfill orders.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

For our customers within the United States, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 on all orders. However, if your order subtotal is $75 or more, you qualify for free shipping!

International Shipping

Customers outside of the United States will have shipping rates that are subject to change based on their location. Please note that shipping outside of the United States may incur additional fees for customs and/or import taxes based on the territory. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.
