I love this album because it's about the place where I did most of my growing up in Southern California and songs like Homeboys truly resonated with me - I can close my eyes and when Gene sings about a football game, "light post to light post" and "talking about each other's sisters under the street light" I'm transported to the summer of 1984 and playing ball with Richie as the sun sets, wondering if Kevin's sister might like me, and the sound of my mother's voice calling me in for the night.

Easily one of the best albums of ALL TIME. This album has some unique sounds unheard of during the late 1980's CCM era, and was worth every penny. With Terry's stunning vocals/lyrics, Ed's drums, Tim's Bass Guitar, and Greg's wide range of instruments, this is easily a 10/10 buy. -FritoCornChip
