An amalgamation of catchy riffs, hooks and an ambient atmosphere of sound makes Retreater an alternative/indie rock five star act. I enjoy the vocals being saturated with reverb and not detracting from the instrumentation. Brief Candles’ experimentation and bold movement of Retreater deserves an easy A+!
