Animals did not always come forward through nature. At times, humans ‘created’ and crossbred them to create new species for their use and purposes. Here we mention 8 hybrid animals that were invented by humans.

The hybrid of a male lion and a female tiger is known as a Liger. It is the largest of all big cats and can grow bigger than either of its parent species. It is important to remember that Ligers are not seen in the wild, but only bred in captivity.

The mix of a false killer whale and a bottlenose dolphin is known as a Wholphin. These hybrids are seen not just in captivity but also in the wild.

The Pomsky is a cute, little hybrid dog breed which is a result of the crossbreeding between a Pomeranian and a Siberian Husky. They have gorgeous blue eyes, small body, and cute little tail wags.

A Zorse is the hybrid of a Zebra and a Horse. They can be short or tall, and have a mix of brown and white stripes.

The mix of a male donkey and a female horse results in a Mule, an animal used for labour purposes, and mostly bred by people on purpose. They are usually smaller than horses, but have decent strength.
