Priyansh decided to share his experience online with a tweet that read:
"Hello Blinkit [what] is this i have ordered jockey male underwears and you have send me this. Now how to return this i have reported this to your help center still no return or refund had not done yet."

Despite the attention his post received, gaining over 3.2 million views, Priyansh continued to face issues with Blinkit's customer care, as no refund or return option was offered.

Social media quickly took notice of Priyansh's post, and the incident became a topic of conversation across platforms. Just hours after his initial tweet, Priyansh posted an update with a humorous twist—a picture of himself wearing the women's bikini briefs, captioning it:
"Update: Blinkit refused to refund my money so i compromised."

According to Blinkit’s return policy, there is a strict no-return policy for underwear orders, which is based on hygiene concerns. The policy explicitly states:
"Products once delivered are non-returnable/ non-replaceable/ non-exchangeable."
