@amyskozykitchen on Instagram: "All recipes Nicole McLaughlin @nicolesperfectbite Love slow cookers 2lbs of potatoes 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 teaspoon of kosher salt 3/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 2lbs boneless chicken breasts. Cut into 1.5 inch pieces. One cup of creamy Parmesan buffalo wings garlic sauce. (I got mine at Walmart) 1/2 cup of water or chicken stock. Purge garlic sauce half on and then fill it up with water and pour the rest on. Place the potatoes and seasoning in the slow cooker and cook on high for four hours or low for six hours. When it has about a half hour to go put two cups of mozzarella on top. You may add some Parmesan as well about a 1/4 cup! Enjoy! I put extra garlic on mine… my choice."
