MY BOW HOUSE

A shipwright’s fancy, the Bow House built in pre-Revolutionary New England. Our faithful reproduction is based on the Jabez Wilder House in Hingham Mass circa 1762. The main house with a “bow “or “rainbow” roof, was built in 1983 and the saltbox added in 1996. The roof is modeled after the curved hull of a ship and easily sheds rain and snow. Additional features include blown glass window panes, hand made brick, wide board floors, raised panel doors, to name a few.
