Autumn Smoothie
• 1⁄4 cup pumpkin puree (canned is fine) • 1⁄4 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt or substitute unsweetened coconut or almond milk • 1 serving protein powder (grass-fed whey, pea, or hemp are the best options) • 1⁄2 banana • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice • Splash of vanilla extract • Ice and water as needed for desired consistency • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon (sprinkled on top)
