Trace’s Oats on Instagram: "Healthy flax seed crackers 🙂↔️ 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨: - 1 cup flax seeds - 1 cup hot water - 1 cup pumpkin seeds - 1/2 cup sunflower seeds - 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tsp dried herbs 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes until thickened. 3.
