🗣Calling all Michiganders!!!! ‼️Canyon Falls is not bucket list worthy - it is essential for every Michigander to see at least once in their life. We’ve been seeing plenty of waterfalls as we criss cross the UP on an epic road trip, but Canyon Falls is spectacular as an all around experience. Located a dozen or so miles south of L’Anse at a little roadside parking lot. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the falls, but along the way there’s much to see! There are several ledges that jut out onto the Sturgeon River you can walk & climb on to enhance your experience. Some of the trail is wooded boardwalk, some pathway with rocks and roots popping up. But our toddler did a great job both there and back & didn’t need to be carried. He gets so excited when I tell him we’re going to see an
