When it comes to fats, not all are bad. Some fats are actually necessary for our health. Not getting enough dietary fats can be harmful. A low-fat diet might disrupt hormone production, cell membranes, and nutrient absorption. In contrast, consuming too much fat may cause problems. We can overload the liver and gallbladder, which may lead to a variety of chronic health issues because the liver regulates hormones and toxins as well as detoxification processes.
