I want to give a blog recommendation today to one of the best mini blogs that I have found in a really long time. http://1inchminisbykris.blogspot.com/ Kris has some of the best tutorials that I have ever found. In Part 2 I will cover the seat back and cushion. Read on for tutorial: Supplies: Acoustical Ceiling tile - 24” x 24” x 5/8” thick…

I've been messing around with this idea for awhile, using paper to upholster a chair. I know fabric is sometimes hard to come by. I keep trying to direct you all to quilt shops. They will have the 100% percent cotton that will always glue for you. The Goodwill and other thrift stores are a good place to look, too. Silk blouses are really cheap there and that's a good fabric to use, too. Silk ties are a good source of fabric if you like the design. You would need a couple of them for a chair…

I'll show you two ways to make miniature boxed cushions. With either, you'll have nice edges and corners for your mid-century dollhouse chairs.
Katia on Instagram: "Hi, guys!!🥳🥳🥳 Meet the first ever mini wing chair I made myself!🤩 I’m so happy with how it turned out! And I learned a lot during the process as well!! So I’m looking forward to make more mini furniture in future!) I used a free template of @rina_vellichor for this chair and added a couple of small changes to it: I made other shape of a sitting pillow and made the legs differently (you can see how in the video). The template of Rina goes with the YouTube tutorial…
