Mexican tamal recipe
Recipe 🇲🇽🫔⤵️ I want to say, this is OUR way. I also want to say that you can make these both out of the chicken with different salsas but we like pork with the red salsa. Red salsa tamales with pork - 15/20 dry chiles guajillo cleaned and submerged in hot water until soft - 1 Roma Tomato - 6/7 garlic - mix of whole peppercorn (1tsp) whole clove or powder (1tsp) whole oregano (1 tb) and whole cumin (1 tbs) and salt to taste. - pork roast (we used butt) Roast in oven until cooked rubbed with salt and pepper In a blender add soft chiles and all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add to cooked pork. Put the pork back to cook for another 30 min 400° until you can shred. Set aside. Salsa verde with chicken tamales - cook a whole chicken in a pot with garlic, onion, and salt unt
