Ingredients: - 2 cups unsalted room temperature butter (4 sticks or 452g) - Pinch of salt - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract - 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar (495g) - 1/4 cup cocoa powder (24g) - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp heavy cream (87mL) Directions: - In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (you can also use an electric hand mixer), whip the room temperature butter on medium speed for ~5 minutes until it is pale in color. - Add a small pinch of salt and the vanilla extract to the bowl.
