1. 2 cups corn ( frozen ) • 2. 4 tablespoons butter • 3. 1/4 cup mayonnaise • 4. 1 teaspoon salt , paprika • 5. 8 oz soften cream cheese • 6. 2 tablespoons green onion ,black pepper. • 7. 1 sliced jalapeño • 8. 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream • 9. 1/2-1 cup shredded mozzarella 10. Garnish with paprika, jalapeño and hot sauce 1. In a large pan heat butter and add corn. • 2. Add mayo , salt , paprika. After a minute. Add soften cream cheese and let it melt . Cook for 2 minutes. Add black pepper, jalapeño. Add cream and mozzarella. 3. Once it all cooks together, garnish with paprika, jalapeño and hot sauce.
