They're very similar to banana bread but there's more banana in them than flour. And I like to toss in some oats to make them extra hardy. Add anything on top like blueberries, chocolate chips or almonds and sugar. Now I cut them into 16 bars and they're great for grab and go breakfast especially during Ramadan. So good.

Some raspberry pie filling. Just fold that dough over. Some more of that raspberry jam. This goes into a 350 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Wow. It's powdered sugar in just a little bit of whole milk. A stir all over these raspberry fritters. Slice these breakfast danishes. Oh my goodness. Taste test. Wow. If you like apple fritters, try a raspberry one. Make this so so good.
