This White Chicken Chili is a cozy, comforting meal that’s creamy and packed with delicious flavors. Made with tender shredded chicken, white beans, and green chiles, it’s the perfect one-pot recipe for chilly days or an easy weeknight dinner. Ingredients: 1 lb shredded chicken breast 2 cans white beans 1 can green chiles 4 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chili powder Creamy, savory, and so easy to make – this chili is a family favorite!

Chop the cabbage, onion, carrots, bell peppers, and celery. Mince the garlic. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until soft.
