We accept returns of all unused and undamaged veils within 21 days of receipt for a refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. You have 21 days to return upon receiving the veil and 60 days outside the USA. A restocking fee of $6 will be deducted from the price paid for the veil. Important Note: Please check our picture of swatch colors if you are unsure what's the difference between "white" and "off-white". White: These veils are very stark white! It is the whitest white and is also known as snow white. Select this color only if your gown is specifically "white". The veil is steamed and packed in a garment bag, ready-to-wear condition. Please keep the veil in the garment bag when it is not in use and store it in a cool, dry place, keep away from the heater. (Heat may cause material tulle to stiffen.)
