Ingredients
▫️4 tbsp chia seeds
▫️1 cup plant milk (i used coconut)
▫️1-2 tbsp maple syrup (I added 1tbsp)
▫️1 full tsp matcha powder
▫️drizzle of vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients well and set aside for 10min. Then mix again and leave overnight in the fridge or for at least 2 hours.
Cream layer:
▫️1 smaller alpro soy yogurt
▫️1/2-1 measure vanilla whey protein
Mix well until combined.
Raspberries layer:
Just tawed some frozen raspberries in a pan until they thickened.
